Using gentle movements, breathing, and consciousness to direct energy for healing and well-being with instructor Dale Mirmow Mondays, starting on June 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  There is a $10 per weekly session fee.  Drop ins are welcome.  Learn easy movements to release tension, relax, improve mental clarity, build physical strength and stamina and strengthen internal organs.
